My idea when I was creating this book was to include all of my essential, must-have recipes. Every recipe that’s kept me sane while eating gluten-free and vegan for the past few years.
With no gluten, grains, dairy, eggs or meat, people are perplexed at what I DO eat. People would ask what was left that I could actually eat. And I respond that I’m a magical wizard who can make any normal dish out of just vegetables, plants, nuts and seeds. Not really. But kind of. Without the magical wizard bit.
